Reservations Regulations
ID is required upon Check-In, and the minimum age to make reservation in an individual rooms is 18 years old.
For the couples, a Marriage Certificate is mandatory to be presented at the reception upon Check- In; this is applied for Egyptians, Gulf & Middle East Citizen
Amendment Policy
Any amendment required for a confirmed reservation must be submitted in writing to the hotel.
Hotel can refuse any amendment in reservation dates in case there is no availability
Cancellation Policy
Cancelation terms charges will be applied, and there will be no refunds for early departures.
We reserve the right to cancel your stay and stop providing services to guests if they are in violation of the house rules or they disturb other visitors with their behavior.
Failure of Conditions

For your money, securities and other valuables, there is a safe at your disposal in your room. Instructions are on the safe itself.
